Returns Policy

We offer a full 10 day return policy for your convenience, day one is the first day after delivery.
You don't need a reason, and you can either email us to let us know you would like to return the item or you can use our automated system built into this website (you would need to log in). Please note that a condition of our contract with you is that we cannot refund return postage costs.

If you are unhappy with your purchase because of damage or a fault, please don't hesitate to email us or call us and we will arrange for replacements free of charge.

We are just people - problems happen, mistakes are made. Just let us know and we will do everything we can to put things right with the least hassle for you.

For non UK buyers - all refunds are made in UK pounds stirling and as such we cannot be responsible for any fluctuations in the exchange rate between purchase & refund dates.
